Ask your clinic to send you a patient portal invite. Open the invite link, sign in with that invited email, and complete activation.
Next Steps
- Find the invite email from your clinic.
- Open the activation link from that email.
- Sign in or create your account with the invited email address.
- After activation, access your portal home.
